Bolivia Work Team – arrived

The picture on the left shows the Manitoba members of the work team departing from Winnipeg airport early Tuesday (January 29th) morning.  The remaining team members left from Edmonton that same morning.  The team arrived safely at the Santa Cruz airport (right) on Wednesday morning after a full day and night of traveling.

At this time the team may be staying overnight in Santa Cruz because of a road block set-up between Santa Cruz and Pailon/Villa Nueva where they were heading.  These types of road blocks are frequently used in various types of protest in the country.  They anticipate heading out to San Jose tomorrow (Thursday).

Please pray that the team will have a good chance to rest today before heading back on the road tomorrow and then starting work at the ministry centre.
