General Director required for small dynamic ministry based in Thompson MB.

Continental Mission Inc. has completed Phase 1 of a re-visioning project which has defined the mission statement as “Growing Christian Leaders in the North”. The General Director will be expected to develop an understanding of the Organization and further develop and execute the re-visioning process in conjunction with the board of directors.

The successful candidate will be a committed Christian with demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills. Cultural sensitivity and “northern” experience are valuable assets. This is a full time salaried position.
